Every Way You Get Paid, One Relationship.

Eight services, on one page because most businesses need more than one of them: acceptance, the platform underneath it, the pricing program on top of it, the disputes that come back, and the equipment and capital that come after.

Eight services, three things they do.

Every service on this page does one of three things to a payment: takes it, runs it, or builds on it. Select a capability to see which part of the system it operates on.

The services

All eight, one at a time.

Take them in any order. Each one names who it is for, what it covers, and the thing about it that is worth knowing before you commit to anything.

The account everything else runs on.

Card-present at the counter, keyed over the phone, taken online, charged again next month — all on one merchant account with one deposit trail. It is where most businesses start, and what the rest of this list attaches to.

All Industries

A till, a shop floor and an online store are three places taking the same payment. A retail setup is built so all three land on one account rather than three.

Usually
A smart terminal at the till, and a second lane ready for the busy hour
Often adds
Curbside, the shop floor and online, on the same merchant account
Worth knowing
Card-present and keyed transactions are priced differently, so your channel split matters

Questions

Choosing between them.

The questions that come before picking a service. If yours is about your own numbers, the useful answer comes from someone reading your statement rather than from a page.

Talk to Sales
Which of these do I actually need?

Most businesses need the merchant account first — that is Payment Processing — and then one or two of the others for the part that is actually causing trouble. Large or repeating invoices point at ACH & eCheck; selling in several places at once points at the gateway; a category that keeps getting declined points at high-risk processing; disputes arriving faster than anyone has time to answer them point at chargeback and dispute support. If you are not sure which of those describes you, the fastest route to an answer is a statement review rather than a page.

Can I use more than one at the same time?

Yes, and most do. They are not separate relationships — acceptance, the platform underneath it, the pricing program on top of it and any equipment or capital all sit on the same account and report in the same place. That is the point of having them in one relationship rather than four.

What does it cost?

There is no figure on this page because an honest one cannot be written without seeing your statement. What you pay depends on your card mix, your average ticket, how much of your volume is card-present and which pricing program you run. A review reads those off your existing statement and shows the comparison; nothing is quoted before that.

Do I have to replace my equipment?

Often not. Whether existing terminals can be kept depends on the make, the model and whether they are locked to your current processor, and that gets checked before anything is recommended. Replacing hardware that already works is the last option, not the first — and where new equipment genuinely is needed, financing is one of the services on this page.

I have been declined before. Is that the end of it?

Not necessarily. "High risk" is an underwriting classification attached to a category, not a verdict on how a business is run, and a decline is usually a statement about one set of underwriting criteria rather than about you. The High Risk page exists because accounts in those categories are set up differently — reserves, reporting and dispute monitoring are part of the arrangement rather than a surprise later.

What it is not is a promise. Every account is subject to underwriting and approval, and what is offered depends entirely on the review.

How do I compare this against what I have now?

With your last full processing statement, which contains everything needed: the effective cost you are paying today, your channel split and the fees that are easy to miss. The comparison is done against that document rather than against a headline rate, because a headline rate and an effective cost are rarely the same number.
